What did you make today?

My very first Curry sauce.
Bought some curry mix at the supermarket. (I'm sure I could find a much better mix at any Indian market in Paris after the quarantine is lifted)
Added pastas & pre-cooked chicken, so I will take credit only for the sauce. It was not bad, but I'm pretty sure I could improve it in the future (had no garlic today).

Tofu with beef and peas over rice

My whole weeks worth of Cooking. The Tiki Masala and Curry at the beginning of the week, and the Spicy pork bulgogi/kimchi/and rice yesterday.

The curry mix I bought at the supermarket is really weak. Tried it again today. Even with several spoons of it, the sauce wasn't bad but still not strong enough.

Where do you shop ? I have to drive 30 minutes aways because I’m picky ... they have an Asian Market over here but I only pick up ingredients in large amounts so I don’t have to go back. Local stores barely have my ingredients

Because of the lockdown & limited options as for distance and time, I just went to the supermarket, a Germain chain that starts with L. Anyway, I know where I could go & find a better curry mix when the quarantine is over. There are several Indian shops over Paris, I'm sure they will sell a much better curry mix.
Did you use garlic in your curry sauce, if I may ask ?

No, I don’t like to put garlic in spicy curry. Especially green curry. I think It depends on the flavors for me
