What have you learned today? Something that made you happy? Share 'em! As time goes on, if you ever feel down, just come back to this thread and let the collective contributions help soothe whatever it is that's weighing down on you.
Hanging out with people from other cultures is good for your creativity.
It's always been my firm belief that whether it's friends, or loved ones, the people you choose to be with ought to be mutually enhancing. It's nice to know that there's more studies reaffirming that stepping out of your cultural safe zone to mingle and get close with others is a positive thing.

That through every dark tunnel you might run into, there is always a light at the end:heart:
No matter how long it takes to reach it, you will get there and it will be okay.

I'm here temporarily, but I'm not from here. While higher your frequency, higher will be your conscience.

That every learning, experience and ups and downs in your daily life will make you more grateful, strong, cautious, assertive, wise and in a better version of yourself at a high level .. We are in this world of constant change to learn, create, experience, share and achieve a high energy level.. Everything is inside you and it's up to you to decide, apply and achieve it..
Everything is a interconnected set, where there are no clear divisions, only limitations of perception ..
"Our travel destination is never a place, but a new way of experiencing and seeing things." (Henry Miller)
It is very essential and positive to know, understand and leave with diversity of people from many cultures because it allows us to know and value ourselves more. They help you broaden perspectives and generates a more positive vision of life..
The loved ones and friends it drives you, they help you, they support you to focus on your goals to be done and improve yourself in a better vesion of yourself mutually personally, spiritually, and professionally. It helps us develop skills and build trust..
Observe, learn to be creative, innovative, understand the historical concept, the uses, the cultural customs, manners, more languages.. You experience the essence of the country cultural, you share diverse knowledge and be flexible and independent to the circumstances, obstacles, adapt to new environments without imposing your original culture.. Analize the real meaning of the different manifestation of people's way of thinking, speaking and acting, avoiding misinterpretations..
Leaving your comfort zone and culture helps you relate, learn, share and apply in your lifestyle .. This is reflected in a greater capacity for understanding, empathy and better relationships with others.. The important thing is to be motivated, optimistic and willing to live new experiences..

I am a simple man, so nothing fancy or showing off.
If there's one thing I learned today, Lego is absolute essential for anyone's childhood, prepares you for any difficulty you encounter from IKEA. ( And don't make the same mistake as i do, shopping Ikea alone. Biggest regret of the week!

New music is often fun to experience. I only got Spotify to help with that for now.
Oh. Here's something I think we all know instinctively, but hugs really are good for people's emotional well-being.
So go hug a friend, family, or partner. It's one of the things we can share in this world where both sides comes out with more than less.

When one door closes
, another opens
.However;
we often look so long
and so regretfully
upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.
