Why typical girl choose ambitious-less guy than a guy who is way too smart?

I noticed that girl rather talk with some guy that’s know not much but friendly and humble(because he know not much hence he rarely to have any unusual opinions) or some guy pretend to be humble and friendly but use them to get her and has a dirty mind inside THAN some guy who is ambitious and know and experienced a lot and who has a lot opinions and far away from typical trends too?

Is it too smart scare away “normal” people? Been humble is good but always humble is not good isn’t it? Or if you smart you should find a smart girl too and you just haven’t found the one match you yet?

usually the woman is desperate and feels she cannot find someone better,or she just settles with whoever she can get..Supposed smart guys with ambition,tend to be arrogant and stuck up..Not wanting a simple woman..Being humble means not putting yourself on a pedestal and some guys go around puffing out their chests,acting smart and are not..A humble guy who is maybe not that smart or ambitious can still have a good personality and morals.Where some guys when they have everything and need nothing,become jerks and do not know how to be nice..To me? as long as the guy has a good personality and morals...Than..For me its not just settling..I would rather have a humble guy who is not a jerk,rather than a supposed smart guy,who gets and has everything and is a jerk..But a guy without ambition?Can cause issues..I dont know..He needs to want to achieve something in life and work for it.Not just sit at home all day playing video games and smoking weed.

Ok So, i dont gereally get the question other than why do some girls choose one over another. Because it's literally what i read. What is dumb and what is smart? There's a whole lot of different smart and dumb. Maybe the girl doesnt care about smart guys as much, i mean we are ALL attracted to different things Some people like goofy, some like mean, SOME go purely for dick size and some people Even go for Just the smiles. I can say that i am one of those who go by humor and how people talk.

So the answer is really EASY. Maybe the dumb guy is more appealing to her, for all those reason above. Looks, humor, smile, dick size, you name it...

I've dated several 'smart' men with education beyond an associate's degree and they were all either socially inept, very condescending because they assume they know more, or cheated on me with an Instagram/Snapchat girl (very recently; Guy had a master's in Engineering).

I'm sorry you got the bad apples. We're all not that bad! I've only got a bachelor's degree. I'm very humble, pretty well mannered and take part in youth mentoring (phy-ed high school coach).

Sometimes... love isn't enough for the Jenny's of the world.

I fell into this and I will never date someone less intelligent than me. It is impossible to progress forward with someone who lacks ambition in my eyes I can't out perform my male partners or I will flat out start to dislike and resent them. Those kind of men tend to be more chauvinistic and disrespectful. More successful men tend to match my ideals and determination in the work place and life to achieve their goals. The others just seem to be looking for a mommy so they can avoid any real responsibility and that is a huge turn off.

I don't think it matters. It's compatibility and heart.

I'd love to have a guy that has average to high intelligence. I worry more about whether he has common sense or not and can function without being a complete moron. Women should honestly worry more about this and if he can financially support a family or not. Of course you don't want to date an idiot but I feel someone that has the qualities above and a drive to educate himself on things he doesn't know is a major catch.
