Fitness is a lifestyle. Thats the most common definition. To me it means more than this. Keep your body in shape, Maintain a balanced nutrition, burn off energy and have fun working out to create a work-life-balance.

Every workout session you gonna get an undescribeable feeling. First you feel tired and sored but after you start to rest you know from a mental standpoint you did something good for your body.

Don't waste your time doing cardio exercise (running or biking) it's useless if your goals is to look good.

Resistance exercise, weight exercise and the kitchen is the only way.

Doing long distance running will only burn the calories of what you eat that day, and when that calories is empty, your body will use your muscle protein for energy instead of your fat.

it's better doing long period of walking so your body will be more willing to burn fat for energy instead of your muscle.

I feel sorry for people who still believe that eating less and do more exercise will lose weight.

The real truth it's 10% exercise and 90% what/when you eat.

Someone who doesn't exercise can still lose weight just by changing what and when they eat.

Fitness is important to me. If I don’t go to gym, running is more important.

(In reply to someone's comment about diet vs. exercise)

Exercise does help to lose weight. Having more muscle tissue increases your basal metabolic rate, which in turn makes your body burn a higher caloric amount per day.

It is true that for weight loss your diet is generally the most important part, and you can lose weight through diet alone.

However, when someone loses weight, they lose both fat and lean tissue mass. If someone has adequate nutrition (especially protein) in their diet and also lifts weights while having a caloric deficit, that can help them to hold on to more lean tissue during their weight loss, whereas a caloric deficit alone would not. So exercise is incredibly important.

I'm pretty fit. Most of my workouts are bodyweights and some cardio. I also have big calves, a product of my sprint workouts.
