I am totally into cooking Italian food, but my true passion is cooking desserts!

I'm learning how to cook Italian foods these days and just cooked some pastas... vamos a comir lol

I try to cook soups and dark green leafy veg well and maybe some other veg. Almost every veg tastes good with sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and maybe soy sauce. I may get 'fancy' and use oyster sauce or hoisin sauce....though kale or collard greens tastes best with black bean sauce (stronger flavors needed). Choi sum and gailan are my favorites, but I keep hard (not Chinese) cabbage around as a back-up. Green Thai curry sauce in a cabbage soup is heavenly.
I am trying to get away from noodles and rice, but substitute sweet potatoes either steamed or microwaved. If you've never had them with just salt and sesame oil on them, you are missing out on a simple pleasure!
