Tbh I don't care much about it. I'm 175 myself but if I for some reason ended up with a short guy I wouldn't care, I mean it's the person I fall for not his height.

I'm not really tall myself, and I'm not trying to be offensive here, but that question's quite trivial.
If you like the guy, his height shouldn't really matter. Besides depending on how much of a shoe fanatic you are the guy's not going to stand very tall next to you anyway.

Also, My mom's taller than my dad and she's constantly wearing high heels but noone cares.

Most guys I was with were shorter than me. I am 1,73 and mostly they were around 1,70. Just 2 asian guys i really was in love with and had a relationship with were taller than me. The smallest I think was around 1,67. He was from france with laos ancestors and i didn't mind his high because he was freaking cute and hot at the same time.

of course then i would not put highheels on. i do not like them anyway and i don not want to feel my partner uncomfortable. don't know where the limit is. if he is such a unique person and is blowing my mind away i won't care at all.
