Dutch folks are by far the tallest people in the world. Every time I'm in the netherlands I feel like a midget. One of my friends is born in Amsterdam and he is 2,07 meters tall!!!

and my other mates are between 179 - 183cm

I must admit my female friends tell me they like to see a bunch of TALL handsome dudes walk into the room than the opposite.

I still consider myself being short. I'd like to be 6foot but I can't change than unless I have a operation lol. Not worth it.

I have no problem dating shorter or taller. My longest relationship was with someone 5 inches shorter. He met me wearing heels and he dated me wearing heels, lol. I've had guys turn me down because I was "too tall." That's ridiculous and their own insecurity. I'm not going to say that my shorter dates and I don't receive curious looks.. and there is the occasional joke from a friend or family member who "just doesn't get it."
