Hmm OP, where are you from? Over here lots of Asian guys are over 175 CM. 175 cm isn't even considered tall among Asian guys over here. I'm in the 180's myself and I never thought I was tall. I know I'm not short but not tall either. I will say this though, Vietnamese are usually shorter. I haven't met one Vietnamese guy that's tall. I think it has something to do with the lack of nutrition and the recovery from war. I personally think it has a lot to do with sports as well. My dad is in the 180's but my brother is only in the low end of 170's, that's cause he used to smoke during puberty and wasn't really into sports during his growth period. On the other hand I played soccer and table tennis on a daily basis and never smoked, so I guess it has something to do with that. lol

I use to be hung up on height all the time, but not anymore..... I am 6 ft, an ideal height for a men and felt quite tall among most women anyway. So it ain't issue.

Im 172.5 (5'8) and i have dated men shorter than me, the shortest being 5'4 and i loved it. I also wore heels with my 5'4 ex cause i like high heels and not to toot my own horn, but i look and feel pretty awesome in them lol. If anyguy is intimidated by my height heels or not, its their own issue cause i have no problem with it

in all honesty, i don't mind dating shorter men. i think the shortest i would go is 5'7, though, i don't wanna look like a freakish giant next to my bf haha XP

A 5 ft tall girls tend to be a little greedy about wanting a guy 1 ft taller or more than they are...

And a 6 ft tall girl are not very demanding about height and would rather date a guy shorter than them .....

I'm 174 cm tall and that translates to 5'8" 1/2 in US measurement. I NEVER met any girl that was willing to date guys shorter than them. I personally think this is unfair but we live in shallow superficial society anyways.

I would LOVE to date a woman much taller than I'm, like literally towering over me. I once wanted to ask out a woman who was hot and she was white and 6'4" but I knew the chances were going to be so slim. If you are little taller than me then that is okay too but at least be taller than me. lol.

I personally have a thing for taller women with curves obviously. So if you are one, please add me and holler at me if you are in my area. I'm not insecure about my height and don't care what others say but I do love taller women. Yummm..

I wish girls didn't care too much about height. I'm a pretty short guy (165 cm or 5'5), and frankly, most girls that I've known would never give a guy shorter then them a chance. And usually girls shorter then me still prefer a guy who is at least 170 cm aka 5'8. My younger sister for example is really short and will only date guys who are at least 1 foot taller then she is. But I suppose that's how the world is. I just need to find less superficial people is all.

I'm 6'1 (186cm). Tallest girl I've ever dated was 5'11, and while I love tall girls, it's a little too tall for my tastes. It'd be ok if she never wore heels, but with heels (3 inches), she'd be 6'2, which would be the same height as me with my shoes on lol.

Ideally, I'd want a girl who is 5'8 or 5'9.

I can't date a girl taller than me, just the way it is with girls who can't date guys that are shorter. Besides, a girl who is taller than 6'1 is an absolute beast (I say that in the nicest way possible!).

But anyway, I've taken a liking to petite girls lately so it doesn't matter to me.
