If we speak in absolutes, it depends on the two people your referring two. I have a friend, who can't be friends with men - intimacy triggers romantic emotions within her. However, I have loads if male friends on all sides of the hotness meter, they are cool peeps but I don't haveany intention, want need or desire to bone any of them lol. Once I see you as a friend to me, your basically a chick to me lol

However one did go above and beyond to prove his maleness lol and we were exclusive for three years, best friends still for thirteen years. It's all good. Maturity not everyone has it.
