any classical music lovers here?

Hi, would like to know more people that loves classical music. guys and girls are welcome.

I am Andy. I am from Hong Kong and now studying violin making in UK. I play violin also. My favourite at the moment is Bach (two and three part's invention , Glenn Gould), Mozart (I like his Choral works) and Paganini.

If Canon in D counts, then I am. I like symphony series by Ludwig van Beethoven.

Seldom listen to Schubert and Prokofiev.

I liked Beethoven in the past but now just feel that it is a bit too heavy and emotional for me...

Also I use to listen harpshychord music, And yes, I love the goth and barroc music of course.
I mean, they are many kinds of "classical" music, in actually the real "classical music" belongs only to the 1730-1820 or kind of, I don´t remember .

Well, may be we include Baroque, classical, romantic, modern period all as 'classical music' then.

Sometimes I like to listen to classical music.
In the moment I often listen to Smetana and L'Ouiseau de feu-Suite.. I can't say much about it because I don't know enough about it, but if it's sounds good, I will listen it very often..
Ah and my favourite opera is Carmen..

Welcome Coo. Smetana is nice. I watched 'Amadeus' recently and fall in love with Mozart's 'Magic flute'!

Even though I'm a rocker, I do have a secret love for classical music.
I have a huge classical collection that's bigger than all of my other cd's put together.
I've never showed it to anyone outside of my family, because people always want to put lables on me and sterotype me.
