well sometimes I really like to listen classic music to slow down
my favorite are :

Tchaikovsky: Waltz of the flowers
Chopin : Nocturne in C sharp minor /Ballade no. 1 op. 23 in G minor
Bach well I like all from bach but this is the one i like the most: Cello Suite No.1 Prelude
Debussy: Rêverie,Valse Romantique
Miaskovsky: Sonata for cello and piano No 2
