Antonio Salieri. People always think of him as the rival of Mozart, or not talented enough, but his music is so pure and dark at the same time. It's powerful and alive. I get chills.



Another composer I love is Chiquinha Gonzaga. This song of her, Lua Branca, is perfection.

Today is 175 years of anniversary for Antonín Dvořák's birthday. This piece was the first Dvořák's piece that I ever heard - it was when I was in elementary school. I love the dramatic interlude in this piece. And here's my tribute to Dvořák.
