i was watching more of Project Runway, and i don't understand how the competing designers can be so off aesthetically to what the challenges demand or to what appears to me as an obvious flaw in their designs.

for instance, they have several "street wear" challenges. and it ends up looking like alien clothes or whatever. that's a bad example, but they end up missing the purpose of the challenge completely or they make the outfit so plain that anyone what have been able to add more creativity to them. AND, they've had 15 years of previous seasons available to them online or on tv to find out what kind of challenges to expect.
