It's published in the form of dialogue between Matthieu Ricard and Trinh Xuan Thuan . For a person who hasn't much exposure to Buddhism, the book was quite eye-opening.

BOOKS ARE TOTALLY BETTER THAN MOVIES..........i was talking today to a colleague about the movie Dances with Wolves with Kevin Costner....i haven't seen the movie, but the book was pretty good.....same was with The girl with the dragon tattoo, The Da Vinci code, Journey to the Center of the Earth and many others..........
