either way. i would say.
- Going out clubbing or at a bar is a easy way to meet new people, especially if youre looking for flirts. But actually i met alotta friends from going out.

- You could also start at a sport. Like Basket. Then you (if you know how to socialize) get to be friends with the people from your team.

- And another easy way is to meet people through your friends. But then you have to at least have some friends in the first place. xD

- school/university is also a good place to meet new people..

Yes it was a waste to leave the States.
Whats done is done. On the bright side, Australia is a nice place to live.
