How's it going bros, so recently I've been lacking the ability to go to the gym and I do not have a fucking clue why.

I've been working out for almost 4 years now and always went to the gym atleast 4 or 5 times a week but recently I've been going like maybe twice a week.

I am currently 202 pounds at 12% body fat but fuk if i keep it at this pace im about to lose all my gains.

What da fuk do I do fellas ?!

This may sound really shallow but i mean it in the best way.

If you like it when girls are physically in shape and healthy and you want girls to be so. So think vice versa.

Because of my career path and life style i have to go to stay in shape so that motivates me.

Maybe it is time you found a buddy or someone to work out with. maybe find a new gym to meet new people

shoot.. if i had a gym membership, that itself would be a motivation to go work out often.. Let alone weighing 202 pounds with 12% fat.. You get to check out women and meet other people in the gym to say the least.. you know what i mean.

I work out at home right now.. don't ever try that xD its boring as hell working out in the basement alone.. but I do it regardless.. need to find the right reason why you're working out.

If gym requires that much of an effort, maybe try taking up some other sports. Play soccer, bike, run or something.. You have fun and get in shape without knowing it.

People who go to the gym and talk annoy the hell out of me. I go there to hit the weights and get out. 30-45 minutes tops. People who go there and talk do nothing but take up spots that other people can use. It's funny how people think it's the meat heads that are assholes when in fact it's the fat and scrawn fools who are the worst because they don't have gym etiquette whatsoever.

haha true.. when I talk to people in the gym, its mainly about weight lifting. No gossip. Also another tip to the OP, keep your workouts short. Max 1hr. I remember back in highschool when I hit the gym, I used to stay in there for 2-3 hrs.. It can get really tiring and de-motivate you in the long run. Short and quick is fun and more effective I've learnt.

That's a good way to stay motivated I guess, yea I usually stay at the gym for like 2 hours and that might be the reason why im demotivated.

Yea, what accesskb said.
Don't keep your workout long or you'll hate it and get lazy.

For me, my motivation is seeing all that hard work turn into muscle definition :cheer:
Knowing that I'll be in better shape and look better every week is pretty exciting too.
