How do you stay motivated when going to the gym ?!

uhmmm thats why they have mirrors in the gym..especially by the weights..you stay motivated by flirting with yourself by looking at the neck veins and constipated face in the mirrors while working out.

I stay motivated by thinking of my workout as a party. I create a party song tracklist and blast it loud. I look forward to partying at the gym ^^

i think i should have a say in this
1) get music you enjoy. even better if you can sync the beats with your footsteps while running. gives you distraction.
2) while running, and you're getting tired and puffed out, bare in mind its the fats in your body telling your brain that since its getting eliminated, it wants you to stop. push on to tell the fats to gtfo.
