Having a defined goal in mind and watching before/after pictures from other people who have achieved a fit body .. and also remember all those dresses and pretty clothes i cant use because i'd look bad wearing them.

In my case I listen to relaxing music and I concentrate on my mind to master the physical matter and improve my best version in balance in the personal, emotional, professional, familiar in a high energetic level and spirituality. Being positive, optimistic and persevering in having a healthy body, a balanced quality of life and results in a few weeks. The body does not lose weight for night towards day, requires effort a healthy style, nutritious foods without fats, drink plenty of water, practice physical exercises, rest properly, maintain a stable weight and avoid stress.

I'm here temporarily, but I'm not from here. While higher your frequency, higher will be your conscience.

I just think about what I am there for. I used to have to have a gym partner for motivation but Its the feeling after that gets me excited because I feel happier and just overall feel great

I've been working out for several years until i took a break last year. I have NEVER experienced that good feeling everyone keeps talking about. I hate working out. I Just want to die after each session. Hate it.

Did you work out for a reason? or did you never really like it? Thats interesting. I usually get a feeling of relief, like after a long run or something. I feel different when working out at home for some reason too
