Melbourne - summer gets to 40 degrees, winter max is usually like 10 or something.
This winter's been a real bitch. Seems to get worse and worse. And I don't think it's over yet.
Melbourne's probably the best place to live, but the worst place for someone to choose to holiday at. There's no redeeming attractions at all.

It is still too early to judge that I am not your style..unless you are hiding your true feelings..And you know what...if you come and embrace me now..you would have me..because I have been publically slamming people like today...an Australian man behind me in queuing said to the female shop keeper.."You have an American accent"..but I slammed straightway..by pointing my thumb to myself..and shouted at the gas station.."I have an American Accent mate"..And what if I see you in the airport?...

my own experience, i lived in melbourne for 3 years, didn't like it at all. mainly because i wasn't living in the best area of the state, one of the famous bogan's view, but i still go around everywhere, i'd say i'd been to most of the places of victoria for work reason, but didn't really like anywhere. although it's one of two most multi-cultured cities in the country the people i've been seeing and dealing with just seemed to be not friendly enough, careless and not sincere enough, oh yeah, there are some racists out there, i got picked on the streets, got totally ripped off at work, i didn't really make many real friends over there, plus hot weather, massive traffic, that freaking traffice jam on monash freeway in the morning...
but generally you make better money in melbourne.

i moved to adelaide 2 weeks ago, so far, i really like it, feel like this is somewhere i'm meant to be, people are very friendly, i would say generally people in adelaide are more friendly and warm-hearted than people i met in melbourne, and seem to care, less bogans... well i just got here for 2 weeks, that's the feeling so far.

no much comment on sydney been there for only less than two weeks, too busy, didn't like that.
