but generally you make better money in melbourne.

i moved to adelaide 2 weeks ago, so far, i really like it, feel like this is somewhere i'm meant to be, people are very friendly, i would say generally people in adelaide are more friendly and warm-hearted than people i met in melbourne, and seem to care, less bogans... well i just got here for 2 weeks, that's the feeling so far.

no much comment on sydney been there for only less than two weeks, too busy, didn't like that.

where did you live before? are you originally from oz?
oh yeah i once met a guy, he's from adelaine. he seemed so laid back and really friendly. he has spare rooms in his house where he lives with his family and offered me a place to stay whenever i needed one or to help me out with anything whenever i come to oz. but i cant tell if thats cause hes nice as a person anyway or if thats the mindset of adelaine. :)
but unfortunately, i cant pick adelaine as a destination for internships.

mornings are for coffee and contemplation.

The Asian men may be too boring for you here in Australia.

For me the perfect place to live would be Sydney with Brisbane's weather in the winter and Melbourne's lay'ed back attitude and cuteness.

well. then good luck to you. but since the population of asians is so big in this city, asians has a huge choice in picking their mates, so most of them go with asians, just had to put it out there.

I think Sydney's probably gotta be the best of the 3 options for you. It's central if you want to head off for the weekend somewhere else. Good public transport and the weather's probably the most stable compared to Brisbane (which can be super humid) and Melbourne (which can get a bit rainy and chilly). Melbourne does come a close second with it's laid back feeling and is just dripping with culture. Brisbane doesn't get too much of a mention because it's inland with a man made beach, but is pretty close to the Gold Coast and I guess they've got 'the valley'.

In any case all the best with your choice and travels :)

Squish is right, Sydney is very well located, and there is a dense business population here, may I ask what sort of job are you looking into? As for weather today hit 31 degrees Celsius, You've probably hit a nerve for Aussies here the great long debate of the East coast, its either Brizzy, Sydney or Melbourne. I personally think for developing real estate probably best to try in the state of NSW or QLD. Plus Melbourne has too many Hipsters :P :P nothing against them! Best friends is one! haha
