Is wearing no makeup a deal breaker? was created by TLStar
We know that some people here may forgive their bf/gf if they did something stupid but what if one of them is not wearing enough makeup or wearing too much of it? would you still date that person?

A new study has found that the average woman will wait just over four weeks before she lets a new boyfriend see her without makeup on.

According to the statistics compiled by the study, 60% of women want to be sure that their prospective partner will like them enough before revealing their face without makeup. And 33.33% of women believe that they never would have landed their partner without the use of makeup.

Oh wait, we're not done yet, the survey also reveals that many women take quick trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night to apply more makeup during the first four weeks of dating, or wake up early to put their face on before their beau wakes up.

Other Statistics:
  • 32 per cent of women wouldn't go to work without makeup on
  • 31 per cent of women fear running into an ex sans lipstick and eyeliner.

Note: Personally, I think the study might be a biased because the girl I was with didn't show herself without makeup until after 2 years! I prefer that the person I'm dating doesn't wear too much makeup all the time, it's ok to look natural as long as her personality is attractive.

It's not. It's just some people can't recognize them when they have no make up on because they were so used to them with make up.

Some girls actually put makeup on at night or so early in the morning just to have it on before the guy wakes up?

How much makeup are women putting on that they become unreconizable? Now, that's a scary thought. I'm all for the natural look. Too much of the fake stuff is a huge turn off.

Ikr?
Why don't they just work on getting a better skin so that make-up won't be necessary?

That's a good example I think! The right half of her face looks nothing like her true self..

I do it the other way around.. When I meet someone the first time the only thing I put on is mascara.. I don't want to lead someone into thinking I'm a beauty and then one day BAM! :S

didn't put any makeup for the pic on my perfil, do i look ugly?? hahaha.. anyways if you're gonna used it, i think you should make it look natural, only enough to stand out your natural beauty.

I prefer my men with no makeup. (lolol)

Alright, but in all honesty, I'd rather be natural when I meet someone. Covering up my whole face to hide it just makes me feel like I am insecure with myself that I am not able to attract anyone with natural looks and personality. Sooner or later they will see me with my makeup off anyways, so I don't see a reason to hide it. Self esteem comes in handy. Personality + Confidence = sexy, in my personal opinion.

However, on days that girls wake up and have an off day or just need to feel a bit more pretty then it's nice to be able to highlight natural features with the makeup. Some days girls wake up and feel pretty, sometimes they don't. Makeup can help that, at least for me.
