2 things I shall never understand.

1. People who work in customer service jobs and are rude
2. People who don't want employees to be rude to them, although they treat them as if they are lowly beings with no human feelings

They know they can just hire Asian actors right?

I understand you perfectly. I use to think 'if you're not going to be polite, change the job". Those one have to go back to school to learn good manners and how to treat people. IMO they forgot what's a good education.

CUSTOMER IS THE BOSS

Is the key sentence understanding how the n:o 2 results to n:o 1. I have been stalked, harassed, spitted on, yelled on, almost assaulted, offered money for sex, being target of death threath, being subjected to threat of violence etc... It's not easy. Especially in case of being stalked, I even had to get transferred to another place to work. 70% percent times you are treated as someone with no human rights or any value. As for death threat goes, I dealed entire matter via police. Customer service job is ok only if your customers understand that you're just human.

OMG! Where have you been working to live that? So sorry.
I used to have people (mostly students) who talked to me as i was nobody, disrespectful, etc. But for me is no respect, no service.
Here the phrase is the customer is always right. Not always agree with that.
Yeah they have to understand you're an human and respect that.
Ps: my revenge will be terrible with all those people muahaha (just wanted to relax the atmosphere lol)
