Target calories is 2000 or less.
Isnt 2000 cal the normal number of calories required (in general) to maintain your weight (for guys).

I generally use this to know how much calories i should eat (and then remove some to lose weight):

A. Take your weight (in pounds) and multiply it by 11: _____. This is the amount of calories your body burn to stay alive.
B. Multiply the value you calculated for A by 1.5: _____. This is how many calories your body burns going through normal, daily activities.
C. Multiply the number of minutes per week you lift weights by 5: _____.
(For example, four one-hour workouts per week would be 240 minutes.)
D. Multiply the number of minutes per week you run, cycle, or play sports by 8: _____.
E. Add the values for C and D, then divide by 7: _____.
F. Add the values for B and E to get your daily calorie needs: _____.
(This is the number of calories you ned to maintain your body weight in your current lifestyle.)
I dont know if its the right way ahah
But i think 2000 cals might be a bit high to lose weight.
Again depends on your starting weight and lifestyle so i might be wrong

Anyway what matters more is:
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

It depends on your bodyweight and muscle mass Cathy.
I'm about 70kg these days and I require about 2500 cals per day for weight maintenence. At 2000 cal I would lose about 0.5kg per week according to online calculators. I think that is pretty accurate because I was eating about 1500 cals per day when I was 'cutting' (leaning up) and I was losing approx 1kg a week.

I've heard this argument before and every time they bring it up it makes me question that person's intelligence. If white people aren't "human" how have they managed to breed with other humans and have perfectly human looking children? People need to understand that the climate you live in does cause mutations and that the reason people are white is because of a mutation that was necessary to survive in Europe.ITGamerGirl wrote: You guys want to hear something that is far out there totally nuts?
The brother of a friend of mine thinks the white race is actually descended from an Alien race, because he says that the Caucasian race is the only race with extremely different eye and hair color (blonde hair, red hair and blue or green eyes, etc.). Every other race on earth is a variation of black and brown shades of eye and hair color.
Never in a million years would I have ever thought of that. And I consider myself an "out of the box" thinking kind of person. LOL
