Obviously ,butt shaking attracted wolf to your way. It does work perfectly when you're female. Not the other way around. Male having good looking butt is......... I don't know how to describe it

I was wondering what are you guys' thought on the possibility of building muscle and losing fat at the same time

I have been lifting for I think 3-4 years? I don't take lifting too seriously because I train mma really often (4-5 days a week) so I just lift 3 days a week for the past 2 years.

My program is also pretty simple, I just do chest / back / legs, and I just do all compounds movement (about 15 sets) so usually I am done within an hour to one and a half hour.

I am pretty sure in half a year I would start actively competing so I can't really afford to go into the bulking and cutting phase again.

With that being said, a little more size and strength wouldn't hurt haha. So I am hoping to get some of you guys' take on it :)

The above picture is a recent picture of myself, as you guys can see I still have quite a lot of fat to get rid of lol I weight about 155 pounds and 5'9 inches tall.

Thanks guys !

B) I couldn't help but look. and I think you're perfect just the way you are.

It depends. You have think very deeply and think about whether or not you can answer "yes" to the question "do you even lift bro." If yes, you'll get married, but if no, it's uncertain

You're about 10-11% body fat. I wouldn't say you "have quite a lot of fat to get rid of". The well conditioned fighters fight at about that level of body fat. If competition is near, more importantly is the weight class you intend to fight in and how much more weight you could reasonably cut without losing strength.

Losing fat while gaining muscle is possible, but the progress is much noticeable for people with higher body fat percentage and new to lifting. At your stage, recomp would require you to eat at around maintenance level calories and your weight will probably stay the same. Recomp is already tricky for people with low body fat percentage, and I don't think whatever muscles you will gain in that time will make up for the weight you might not be cutting. Walking around 155, you could easily cut to featherweight. But if you could cut to bantamweight, your competition will be easier.
