Should do inverted grip bench presses on my inclines and declines? Are the gains worth it? I also started doing zercher squats, what do you think about that technique?

I don't think the brofessor knows about that. It is like asking Z to pick up those weights on the floor of his room (he doesn't know how to do that  )

I've mostly seen inverted grip bench advocated for people who are having shoulder issues with regular grip. While I imagine it does target the muscles at a slightly different proportion, it's likely negligible difference if both grip types work for you. There's probably no extra gains to be... gained there unless it just helps you hold better and lets you push more weight. Whichever grip that allows you to train the heaviest imo.

As far as zercher squats, I've never done them. It does target the quads and bicep more. The conventional squat will hit your scapular abductors more from tightening of your upper back, as well as hitting your hip extension muscles such as glutts and hamstrings more. It's another combo lift that targets different combination of muscles. It seems more technically complex than traditional squat and rounding of upper back may be more common. If the right form can be maintained, and you can hold enough weight in your elbows to challenge the rest of your body, nothing wrong with it. Doesn't hurt to do both. All workout selections should be goal oriented. Traditional squat hits so many muscles that it's beneficial to most athletic or health goals. If a variation of the squat supplements you for what you want to get out of the gym, why not?

you should stop asking for weigh lifting advice on this forum. there are better resources outside of here.

Someone introduced to me this thing called "The Play" by Neil Strauss
There is this video by Neil Strauss which is not related to the book
However,my main question is if I follow such pick up artists, can I definitely get a gf?

Yes there are. One should always consult multiple credible sources, which rads did. He didn't hear about reverse grip bench or Z squat from me after all.
