Protein from powder is no more burden on kidney than protein from meat. High protein diet from any source, will induce change in the kidney such as increases in glomerular filtration rate (“hyperfiltration”), and an increase in the size and volume of glomeruli. Hyperfiltration is a normal adaptive response to additional protein in the diet, as opposed to a pathological condition that will eventually lead to kidney disease.

High protein diet can be harmful for people with already damaged kidney or kidney disease.

Dear Brofessor,

why do I Brozone so much?
Is it an artificial process that I purposely provoke or is it simply coded in my genes and I can't help it?

And did I come to the right place
or do I have to open another whiny thread for this?

#brotherlylove #spreaditlikeadisease

mornings are for coffee and contemplation.

Calisthenics lead to functional fitness, the sort of fitness you can bring onto the battlefield or sparring mat. Unlike weight room lifts, you engage those small stabilizer muscles that make all the difference in life or death combat.

Tldr, do calisthenics if you want to survive.

Every training program should be tailored to the goal in mind. The poster asked about calisthenics for aesthetic - hypertrophy. Weights are simpler and make faster progress for hypertrophy, and is a good idea to be included in every program. Football and basketball players, MMA fighters and elite military units like Rangers all have weight training in their routine along with function specific trainings.

many African business men doing business in Guangzhou city, China. when i was in there, one African friend have introduced me a kind of local African herb from republic of Congo.

the herb could increase male`s height 3-4 inches within one year but it have side effect, such as penis enlargement in short period, blood pressure increasing and heart attack feeling. one of my friend have tried, it does works but not that fast. he was 5 foot 5, one year later, he is 5 foot 10 but many people don't have ball to try that.

but i have no idea if it would be appropriate for me to tell the name of that herb in here.

Haha, maybe your friend had a late onset of puberty, these things do happen. Increases height and length? Yeah, keep that herb a secret. Capitalize on it; put that herb into a marketable form like a pill or some kind of tea and sell it. Once you become rich, treat me to something.

then attend various other equipments in your gym that peasants did not know were bicep machines.

Or you can evoke the rule of 42. Which is, if you're over 42 years old, a person younger than 42 may kick you off the equipment at anytime.

isn't that just a nice way of saying to work out else where and blow your steam? or am i just misinterpreting things OH great brofessor?

No, it's about beating them at what they do and win. If you're not winning, you're losing. Losing gains. Here are some bicep equipments that can be used in this competition:

For the purposes of aesthetics, I would also say that a body with balanced musculature looks better. Calisthenics allows one to target the small muscles that a novice weight-lifter would be unlikely to train.

Peer reviewed studies to back that up? Or is this something your boyfriend tells you?

Sparringat: check
MMA cage: check
Boxing ring: check

Still surviving. Either you and your bf are wrong, or maybe I am just the exception to your rule.
