Listen, a cheater is going to cheat, and there's not much you can do about it. They don't need the internet or dating apps/websites to do that. Asking (telling/forcing) them to delete an account is not going to stop them from finding someone to cheat on you with. Hell, they might even be more successful at it because instead of talking to some girl all the way across the world, they are meeting them right in their own town!

Now, as for "is this a red flag that this person is a cheater"... No..... Sure, if this site was Tinder, you would have a point. Why be on Tinder if you aren't looking? It has zero social options other than finding your next date night grind. So, they probably are a cheater if they will argue with you over deleting their Tinder accounts. Though, since this one has things like the forums, chats, and various other social aspects (that don't center around dating exclusively); this site can be different. It would almost be like asking your partner to delete their Reddit, Instagram, or Facebook because "some people use it for dating"... That is just silly to me.

If you feel like your partner is unfaithful, instead of asking them to delete a profile, you should just break up with them, or work through your trust issues. You can bash your head against a wall trying to stop a cheater from cheating, but you really won't do anything but cave your head in.

A person should be honest both online and in real life when they are in a serious relationship or married and not cheat at all. People will go online only for making friends that the partner only allowed or trusted in the circle of friends.
