What then do "social atmospheres" consist of entirely if not people? Do you speak also with animals, sir? Are you akin to Dr. Dolittle? It certainly appears as if you have done little to help your cause, sir. Furthermore, you did not have to use the word rude itself, what you wrote in your original post was implying just that.

You will find exactly the same thing in the States. Or do you tell me that New Yorkers and Georgianias get along as best friends? Just taking West vs. East coast would be enough to show you the difference that exist as well in Europe.
I am not quite clear with what exactly you struggle or appear to have a problem. If it is the integration of the Asian culture, I can tell you, you are in the wrong city and should venture out more. I know plenty of Asians that work in management position, artist, study their preferred field, doctor or a supermarket clerk, far away from the typical Asian restaurant. Be open minded and you will see that not everything you have seen in the last few weeks is valid across the board.
I think you are stuck in the stereotype thinking when it comes to Germany. I could vend now about America, but I am sorry to disappoint, I got a different impression when I was there and met various people., but that doesn't mean the stereotypes aren't true. Again, being open minded is key to actually understand the difference between cultures, not just see it and understand, but as well accept it will bring you closer.
A stupid example, but I never understood why the crazy Brits put a carpet into their bathroom or the social interaction that usually includes alcohol. Looking behind the façcde made be better understand why certain things are the way they are and et voilà, it was way easier to understand peoples mentality and integrated and make friends, get included in local society.
Good luck.

You are male an Asian, You have a competitive disadvantage so you need to be more proactive. Get out there and stand out otherwise you ain't never gonna get none.
It's like a sales pitch and probably most of the women will reject you but say the right things and you'll hit your scorecard.
