How important is HEIGHT?

I find the title of this thread ambiguous.

Importance of height.... in what?

Basketball -definitely
Football (european) -advantage but not necessary
Football (american) -definitely
Hockey -advantage but not necessary
Reaching high places -definitely
Not being made fun of -definitely
Handball -not necessary
Badminton -advantage but not necessary
Table tennis -might or might not be an advantage
Martial arts -advantage but not necessary
Running -advantage but not necessary
Volleyball -advantage but not necessary

The importance of height in WHAT?

It's important for an guy but properly not for an girl.

I personally like guys who are shorter than me, weird I know. I also like guys who are my height or a little taller. I just prefer a guy to be about 5'7". I am about 5'10" or so. Most of the guys that I have ever gone out on dates with or been in a relationship with have been about my height, 5'9" to 5'11", but I have dated shorter and taller. The shortest guy I dated was 5'2" and the tallest was 6'7", so height isn't a deciding factor for me when it comes to dating someone.

It is hard for me to date somebody smaller than 177 cm)))) cuz i have no shoes with flat sole.... i only wear high heels and although i'm actually small (162 cm) with heels i'm about 172-176 cm)) dating guy who's smaller or the same height as me makes me feel like i'm a gigantic woman! 180 is perfect)

Read something about a survey somewhere where it was found that women have a stronger preference for handsome men than tall men.
