How important is HEIGHT?

Good thing I did a search and found this thread before I created another height thread.

I think it has something to do with the diet nowadays with more meat and herbs and stuff to make Asian men taller in Beijing and the rest of Northeast China. Not sure about Shanghai men or Taiwanese men as I did see some Taiwanese men are of average height or kinda short.

It's true. Beijing men, especially the younger generation, are tall. My family is from Beijing and I went back there numerous times. I'm 6' feet tall(183cm) and I feel I'm just average in Beijing. Btw, I'm of medium build and I don't have skinny legs. It's also true the rest of Northeast China like Harbin, Changchun, and Shenyang as the men are tall there too. By the way, my male cousin is 6'2, and uncle 6'1.

For some reason, I rarely have to problems to date and have relationships with white girls everywhere. Maybe height does play a role in the dating game as I do find most women prefer men taller than them.

to me i don't think height is important in a relationship but in saying that i'm really really attracted to tall girls.. the taller the better haha... yes i seem like shallow person but like i said height isn't important in a relationship so i don't base girls on their height BUT i just find tall girls most attractive.

Height is kind of important to me, but then again I'm short standing at 5'4" and I do wear heels. I'm not too picky about it though, the guy I was talking to was 5'6" I just thought "well try and get 2" heels so you'll be the same height". I want someone taller than me cause trying to get things off the shelves at 5'4" suckkkssss so having a guy who's taller could be useful in such occassions since I'm too prideful to ask the store workers for help lol. For now, I resort to asking one of my sisters (which sucks I'm the oldest of 3 sisters and they're all taller than me booooo).

Height isn't that important for me, I'm 178, and even higher if I wear High Heels, I think most guys are afraid of me XD
The problem is, I'm taller than some of the German men too, and I guess guys prefer smaller girls.

For my height (around 183cm), I think everything will work out easier if she is at least 160 or 165cm, in terms of height.

Most bare minimums for girls are their own height no? I'm 6'1, and I find it difficult to date anybody under 5'4. Actually what I am interested in is, is there a too tall? If you're 5'2, would you date me? Curious.

I've experienced this back in high school dating a 5'2" girl. Yes I agree that most girls look cute if they're petite and tiny but its kinda hard to hold hands while walking together or to speak or whisper - I'll have to bend-down to talk. I'm just 5' 10" and differences isn't that great but yet its a little inconvenient.
