I seriously love this cooking challenge and I made the spring rolls.
The kitchen was a mess afterwards but it was totally worth it.

Alright, for the next person... How about some fried rice or spaghetti carbonara?

I got so excited when I read that there was a request of ingredients I had available and when I got to the kitchen, there was no spaghetti pasta and so I just used whatever I had :D SORRY IF I AM BREAKING RULES. I just love to cook and this thread got me excited for it :D

For the next challenge, either make some sushi or crepe (Sweet or salty, which ever you choose).

I had 4 different recipes and combined what I liked best about those. Haven't even noticed that I forgot the rice

So here it is, a sweet crepe, didn't turn out the way I wanted because there were no fruits and other ingredients, but tasted good nonetheless.

So since I'll be cooking for 20+ people in June for EDC Las Vegas, I decided to put on my chef's uniform and get cooking to practice for whats ahead of me :D

This is my Style of Fried rice and Teriyaki chicken so I guess its not very traditional.
(pictures turned horrible, the house is mostly warm in color and so are the lighting and the lighting fixtures)

2:1 Water to Rice Ratio Plus pinch of salt and oil

For the Teriyaki sauce I've added Sake, because I'm Alcoholic by nature. JK
