lol. But that's the fun of it. How boring would it be if you knew what you are doing? XD I followed a youtube tutorial about how to cook Yakisoba. Half of the ingredients were missing and I used Spaghetti noodles. XD

Nice man! The yellow ingredient, is it scrambled eggs? I've never tried adding eggs on yakisoba, that's a great idea to get my daily protein intake, since I like my yakisoba vegetarian(not entirely, since I do add chicken broth).

Yes, scrambled eggs. I think I'll make it at least one more time because it tasted really good (The tutorial said you should add honey to it. The mix of having chilli and honey was really interesting). But this time with all the accurate ingredients.

ooh Honey nice, that gives a bit of a sweet glaze to the yakisoba, never thought of doing that, that's interesting. By the way, did you cook with Sesame Oil? if you haven't I highly recommend you using it, because it will intensify the flavor.
