I'm blood type A+ I constantly eating plant based diet, eating varieties of fruits, vegetables, beans, grains, nuts, herbs, and seeds. I feel constipated when I eat meat, and dairy products.

Only one study has looked at this kind of diet. It found that people with certain blood types got more of a cholesterol-lowering benefit from eating a low-fat diet. But it didn't prove that the Blood Type Diet was responsible for this effect or that it works for weight loss.
The American Diabetes Association recommends a more practical approach to your day-to-day eating. It also cautions against focusing on specific foods. In most cases it doesn't recommend cutting out any major food groups.
The Blood Type Diet also fails to address other conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or cholesterol. Any needed weight loss is sure to have a positive impact on these conditions. But no matter your blood type, you should follow the same guidelines issued by The American Heart Association (AHA) for a low-fat and low-salt diet.

I wanted to buy a silent guitar so I can practice without disturbing others when they are around. But you can still hear the strumming even if you're a few 3-5 meters apart. ...also the battery lasts for only 8-9 hours. What the hell...
