Would you call a person ugly?

i think ugly doesn't always apply to physical looks, bro..
most people are really not ugly. unattractive perhaps, but not downright ugly...

This is an intrigue question, 'cause at the same time people assure they'd never call someone ugly in any way 'cause this is mean, they do worst things calling someone an infection or say mean things like they're gonna die alone, and others just turn their back when something out of context happens.
I'd never call someone ugly, but I admite I told someone to die... I've done worst. Everybody has an ugly side, not in their looks but in their personality. I've learnt my lesson.

No because I know how it feels and everyone is different if we were all the same wouldn't that be scary? I think everyone is unique in their own way and I think all people see things differently.
But if someone is going to call me ugly I wish they had the guts to if at all say it to my face instead of saying it behind my back because if you are going to talk about someone then you should have the guts to do it to their face.

I have never called someone "Ugly" because I'm not all that myself . But I don't really care what others think about me .

i never call a person ugly.

while reading this thread, I keep remembering how one day when I was 13 the boys in our class had a debate over which girl's pretty or not. One of them (supposedly without meaning to) loudly declared that I was ugly, but then another guy stated that he disagreed and that I was pretty. That proves how subjective things can sometimes be.
Nonetheless, that one adjective (ugly) I still remember until now. I think what really scares us about it is how definite it seems. It basically seems to sum you up, without any maybes. You can have, for instance, nice lips, but you still feel that you're ugly.

However, I think that if you can do something about yourself, then you should go ahead and do it. Luring oneself into thinking that perceptions vary and you therefore have the right to just sit back and relax is extremely naive. But even then, weight-wise, some people cannot be as thin as they want to because of certain hormones or genetics, and society just doesn't understand that because everything seems easy now.
