How important is HEIGHT?

Well being 5 ft 2'' its not hard to be taller than me haha XD,

I dont really have an ideal height, just not really really tall I guess?

the tallest I have dated was 6ft 7'' that was..weird haha

I remember how awkward it was in HS when I was roughly 5'2... dated a girl who was 5'6, that was just terrifying.

5'11 now, thankfully. It hasn't been an issue for me since most girls are shorter, and I haven't really found any taller than me that I'm attracted to.

Well, I am 5'2 too and I don't think heights matter that much in a relationship. In my country I'm even considered too small for a girl my age but I couldn't care less

A joke (really) but horizontal or vertical and if the former, is it above or below the waist =P Okay I got my 5 seconds of attention lol!

I Think i'm pretty superficial to say that but... height is REALLY important for me.... i'm 5'10 ... but in my family, height is really important.... so my opinion probably come from my education... sorry

since im taller than most guys it doesnt really matter for me

In short, height is very important from the woman's POV. She is usually reluctant to state that she evaluates based on that criteria but in mining the data, we see that height can explain the majority of demographic discrepancies in dating.

Interesting reading. Height seems to be *very* important to the girls that I've talked to. An example of some asian girls that I know. They're a bit on the shorter side (5', 5'2") and they both met some taller (around 6' & 6'3") white guys. Nice guys, but they were more physically attractive than the guys. They could've done better but it met their main criteria of a) being white and b) being tall. Using those priorities, they were a perfect match! They were good guys and treated them well though. That's all that matters.

Having a heigh preference (within reason) isn't so bad. Having an overwhelming need for height makes the girl seem crazed...
