How important is HEIGHT?

Well I'm only 4ft 9in (About 147 cm) But every guy I've dated has been at least 6ft tall (183 cm). xD I don't think it's really that I'm particularly attracted to taller guys, it's kind of just the way things worked out I guess. But I would love to be with a shorter guy closer to my height. It would make kissing a whole lot easier and dancing less awkward too xD

Height isn't important..
I'm very short for a Norwegian girl (I'm 155 cm)
But everyone in my family are short and our ancestors where sami and Finnish people so it's only natural that I'm short xD
As long as the person is nice I really don't care if he is short or tall.

I'm not going to lie, for me it's important. I'm pretty tall, around 175cm(just under 5'9" ), and I like guys that are taller than me-even if by a little bit. but I have to agree with previous posts, I don't like tall and really thin men >,< but seriously, if you have an amazing personality, height is easily overlooked.

it is as important as whip cream on pie. if its on top, it makes the pie a little better. if there is no whip cream, the pie can still stand on its own. same goes with height.

if your taller than most people, good for you. if not, it does not make you any less attractive; unless you keep baffling about being short. your personality will make up for your 'deficiency' in height.

for me, i'm not the tallest dude around but my personality makes a positive for the negative in height for a girl who would usually go for taller dudes.

I just don't get why women don't like to date guys who are shorter. I don't mind dating guys who are shorter than me. And let's face it, whenever you see a very cute guy that is far away from you, say a mall or the park, you walk closer to him and sure he's got the hot looks that every female is destined for in a male, but he's shorter than you. My point is is that no matter there is a hot Asian male(and I'm not talking about all males, but some), they're going to be shorter than females anyway. So, I say, height is never important and it's shouldn't be.

Personally it's important but it's not a deal breaker.

however i once did date a guy who was a bit shorter than me and now i realise
that a taller man appears a lot more attractive to me..manliness thing.. lol
