I have two best friends.
One male, one female.
I want nothing but the best for them
The fact one is my preferred race and gender to date doesn't make me treat him any differently

What is this madness? That's not possible, different genders can't be just friends pfft Impossible

Where I come from, “be friend” is just an excuse for someone we don’t want to date -_,-

in this case, for me it depends on how you are, since in my country being friends with men is something natural.

From personal experience I'd say no. I'm not even good looking, but my male friends always wanna do me and when they can't they stop being my friends. I would still probably be comfortable with my man being friends with women. It would take me some time to get used to, but I would never presume to tell my man who he can or can't be friends with. No one can take a man who's unwilling to go so if he strays it would be due to his weak nature and not the fact that he has "easy access".

Yes, somebody said "as an adult" but not just as an adult, no matter how old you are you still can be friends with other gender. And there are lots of examples out there, even in my life.

The answer is yes. If you look at her just like a friend with no sexual feeling... I have been friend with my female friend for over 7 years now. I do not get a sexual feeling or anything with her. Just look at her like a guy friend. She does look cute but not my type of girl... There are pros and cons of having female friend. Here is mine ( might not apply to yours )
Pro: You get to go with her to meet her other cute female friends.
Get to go to random house parties
You don't feel like alone at the bar or club and have someone to talk or dance with.
You can ask her for other female thinking and advices of dating or finding a girl

Con: You might get a mistaken that you are on a date by other girl who is finding you interested.
She can be a cockblock when ya tipsy while trying to talk to a girl
You might have to hear her heart broken story for hours. lol
Her date might not like you because he doesn't believe that we never had sex before...

That's all i can think of.
