I'm surprised that there are this much metal fans here. And I know that there are still more who haven't participated this thread yet. Kudo to bizarrerg for making this thread.

That's true, but Metal Fans in general are really nice people most of the time - that's why I enjoy Metal festivals so much
It's completely different when it comes to other types of music - for example at most Gothic Festivals everyone only cares about their own looks, so if you're not into that you might feel really lonely there xD

I too like them better than Metallica (even though I don't listen to them often), so I don't blame you ^^'

Cannibal Corpse is pretty good live in my opinion
I like it when bands sound as good live as they do on CD (or even better). Many pop musicians nowadays are only able to show a good performance with tons of autotune and playback involved which is pretty pathetic.

i remember one time i went into an entombed show since i was killing time. it was a small venue and in the middle of the mosh was some 7 foot big ass white dood. pretty much the whole nite evry one in the crowd was trying to tackle , topple him over. at one point there were 4 mexican metalheads who ganged up on him but cldnt. one was even embracing his leg but he managed to throw them all away. lulz. altho the music was not the best i had a great time laughing.

Cannibal Corpse killed it that night! I was blown away by their performance. It was way better than what I've seen on YouTube before.
And you're exactly right. Music production nowadays has become a way to 'lie' to people. Even some metal bands perform terribly compared to how they do in the CD. You gotta watch the show live and judge

I remember one concert that me and my friend went, someone was doing the octopus dance (that br00tal movement) and he hit my friend on the face. My friend was so fucking mad and decided to find that guy and punch him on the face back. When he did, he got bloods on his hand LMAO. He was really satisfied.
