This is essentially the same as having all your emails scanned to make sure you are complying with the law.

actually you should care a little, because if they are aproved, means when you connect to internet with your pc or mobile, they are alowed to enter your pc/mobile to see if you have all your music/windows etc legal, and they will be able to do that without a warant or notice everytime they want, alose if you travel in airports they are alowed to check your phone/pc/ipod/mp3player everything without asking you and confiscate them without carring....

To me, I think we shouldn't discuss about SOPA or PIPA as these stuff will make our lovely Hey-Ai got banned if any violate to their rules in copyright, intellectual property, and etc (end of thinking capacity). So yea, we all should be glad that we still can access to Hey-Ai and yea, leave them, I don't wanna see this site got banned or something bad happened.
