What's your fitness / exercise routine? was created by only-lia
I think a lot of people here are into working out - so what's YOUR fitness routine?
I exercise every day for at least 30 minutes, but almost always at least one hour, for a bare minimum of five or six hours per week. I do mainly cardio, but I mix in resistance training and little baby weights at least a couple of times per week. My favorite machine by far is the rowing machine, I hate running, love swimming, and really like to hike when the weather permits, since it's actually fun and I can take pictures.
How about you?

got a cool weighted jump rope that I use for 30 minutes before I eat everyday. Then I do weights in the afternoon at the gym which I try to do 5 days in the week. I still look like a scrawny kid because I'm a hard gainer.

On the daily 2-3 mile run unless I'm going to do a half marathon. I split weights into leg/shoulders, chest/back, and then an arm day. Chasing heavier lifts now more than gains, gotta hit those #s

1. Stairclimber for 13-16 minutes (60-80 floors)
2. Cables and Weights. 35-40 minutes. (balance between reps and weights).
Since I don't have much time to workout for long periods of time, I tried to maximize the workout to 2-3 different body parts a day.

Workout B: Squats, Shoulder Press, Deadlifts
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I switch back and forth between workouts A and B. On Tuesday and Thursdays, I go lane swimming. Weekends are rest days

I've started to do mountain/trail bike riding; I'll be checking out all the simple trails in San Diego, CA, and eventually try out outside of SD. Once in a blue moon, I'll go running and other times I'll flow by juggling, poi spinning, and contact staff spinning.

Not only should you perform exercises for health, but rather because you like to do it without pressure. Apply a healthy lifestyle, varied nutrition, balanced diet, drink an adequate amount of water to avoid dehydration.. My routine is all week and weekends ..I exercise for 1 Hour as aerobic exercise training like (Cycling, trot at a moderate pace, ice skating, artistic gymnastics), Resistance exercises like (squats, crunches, push-ups, short distance races, Crossfit), flexibility exercises like (Static, dynamic, back torsion, lumbar, abductor, stride on chair, and bridge posture..

Calisthenics - huge advocate.
Gets you to go out to use your environment for exercise and bonus is you get in control with your body. It's natural and you feel great - anybody can get into it.
It can be as simple as doing a pushup, and the next day you add one more and you try different exercises and you just keep having fun.
