I meditate about 10 mins daily for mental exercise to clear my mind.

I'm an ectomorph body type, I usually exercise about 3x a week. I stretch for about 10-12 mins (had a case of sciatica before). Then I start off with 1-2 mile run for cardio (some days I switch over to elliptical) and I focus on only 2 muscle groups. Either chest & back day, biceps & triceps, or shoulders and legs. I like to keep my routine simple.

Once a week, I would swim at the end of my workout day and jump in the steam/sauna room for another 15 mins. It's great for controlling stress and releasing toxins.

Wake up at 6am, hit the river track at least 4km run then off work

i just started going to gym and when I go i spend doing 30 minutes of cardio then depends of my mood or day I do legs , arms or some class which leaves me dead next day :whew:

Compound exercises plus HIIT is a great combination.

4 set of leg press
4 set of Romanian deadlift
4 set of calves raise

Tuesday - Sunday
