What's your fitness / exercise routine?

3 split day routine each week. each day im training 2 body parts for 2 hours. sometimes i add a 4th day in a week to train arms.

I try (not easy) to work out and train my whole body during the week. I don't follow any strict workout routine. My purpose is to stay in good shape. So I like to try new things.
So I would mainly do some cardio ( treadmill, bike, stepper) for 45 min, and muscle and abs 20 min at the gym.
Otherwise I dance (afrobeats, zumba or samba) 1h30 at home. Makes me sweat and release stress.
For core I like plank and pilates. I stretch with yoga inspired routine. I mostly use YouTube videos (nice dance choreos), nothing complicated, and it's free. :up:

I do power-walking and weight-lifting 5 times a week.

Power-walking: I walk to work - with a stop at the bagel-shop.
Weight-lifting: I leave the bagel-paradies with a really big mug of coffee in my right hand. In my left hand: A very thick topped bagel with cheese and tomato. Or with pastrami and avocado. Or with hummus.
That's my workout. ;)

You may also weigh-lift with a bowl of 三杯鸡 rice using your left hand and chopsticks in your right (substitute 三杯鸡 with sweet and sour soup for post-meal exercise) ;-)

Kpop dance everyday, squats and contemporary dance :cheer:
+ walk 4km per day

I was only getting to the gym 3 days a week so I was fitting in a lot so my routine was:

Cardio - treadmill high incline - 1 hour
Weight training - 2-2.5 hours

Been out of gym a couple months due to complications but planning to get back into it soon and pick up my routine again!
