Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I do some type of weight workout with cardio afterwards.
Saturdays are my swim days which I do 8-14 laps.
I used to fasted cardio on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sundays but I haven't done it in a while.

I train with a personal trainer, 5 times a week, do different exercise, so my body will not get used to one and always has a new challenge. Do lots of weightlifting, cardio, jogging, bit martial arts.

After checking out other people's workout routine, I feel like I am the laziest of the bunch
I train mostly with weights 5-6 times a week. Routine as follows:
- Day 1: Chest/abs/core/20 min stationary bike
- Day 2: Back/abs/core
- Day 3: Arms/abs/core/20 min stationary bike
- Day 4 Shoulder/abs/core
Working out is only half of the battle. Having a healthy diet in my opinion outweighs all the sweat and tears at the gym. Minimize consumption of processed foods, especially processed sugar. I food prep for the week and make sure my fridge is stocked with fresh vegetables and fruits. I also avoid eating out, since I am in complete control and know what I am putting into my body if I am the one who made the food. Take your vitamins. A/B/C/D/E and a few more depending on needs. Most importantly, keep your stress level at a healthy level. Meditate.

Great questiion!
I work out an alternating 3x to 4x every other week for at least 1 hour top, or a minimum of 45 mins. My exercise regiment mainly consist of an overall body workout in cardio/bodyweight resistance. I don’t do muscle parts every other day since I am not a bodybuilder. And I only use dumbbells for my weights.
My favorites and majority of my workouts: kickboxing, sprints, jacks, jumping rope, battle rope, farmer’s walk, pushups, core workouts like squats and abs, chin up and pull ups. Then sometimes I also go swimming or jogging.
My diet on training days: on my pre-workouts I usually eat oranges, banana with peanut butter, or whole wheat bread with pb&j.
And my post-workouts varies, but I usually eat slow absorbing carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes and some non-starchy veggies like brocolli, asparagus, carrots. And proteins, like skinless breast chicken and tuna.
On my non-workout days I snack a lot on nuts and carrots, and I eat my fave seafoods for proteins and usually at dinner I’ll eat brown or long grain white rice with non-starchy veggies and 1-2 tablespoon of kikkoman soysauce lol.
Drink lots of water!

I do a push/pull/legs split, 6 days a week. No cardio for me at the moment since I am bulking. When cutting I throw in 20 - 30 minutes at the end of each session (usually stairmaster)

During my prep for a bodybuilding show:
I do 60 mins of fasted cardio 3-6 times a week and weight training 6 times a week. For diet, I usually start off with carb cycling then switch to high protein keto diet once I can't drop anymore body fat. I also throw a refeed day or meal once a week.
Off-Season:
I do 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week. I also like to add a high activity day once a week such as going snowboarding or hiking. For weight training, I train 5-6 times a week. I also like to throw a cheat meal a night before I train my week body parts.
Abs are made in the kitchen so do a lot of sit up in your kitchen!

Wow, very healthy bunch!
I used to do 3-4 times cardio for the past ten years, but have slowed down abit due to work and is now 2-per week only *sob sob* time to get back into action!
Does anyone here yoga?

Whole Body /Intuitive Program
2x/week, 2 hours per session
Compound Lifts, As heavy as I can do but with proper form
Actually lifting in proper form makes light weight feel extremely difficult
Full Range of Motion, Stop in between Positive and Negative lifts
Very Easy to Max out, Despite only doing 2x/week my body is feeling the pain
Usually,
Squat, ass to grass, 120%-150% of body weight + stop in the bottom then explode up
Bench Press or Wide Grip Pull ups, full range of motion, and pauses between up and down
Shoulder Press + Lateral Raises
Dead Lifts + Leg raises
Then whatever is not sore , so calves, triceps,
Funny thing most people do not even know how to do proper pull ups.
If not tire or out of breath, high resistance, high incline cardio
Sets and reps are irrelevant, Even 1 proper rep beats a freaking 100 crappy reps
Can't do a lot of reps due to proper form making the activity freaking hard as F*ck
