Do you think the crossfit bodies are naturally that fit from all the work outs? Or do you think they have to take steroids to get in to that body shape?

Some of the women I known today, gets bulkier than a lot of the famous Chinese martial art actors. Achievable from workouts ? Yes . Use steroids for the achievement? Also yes.

to have somewhat of an outline of abs showing, you need to be at least, no more than 15% of body fat. 15% of body fat is already difficult to attain and maintain. to get even lower takes serious commitment.

its usually pretty easy to tell whether someone is on roids or not. if each muscle looks like an alien is about to pop out, most likely they are on roids. but roids is only a part of it. you still need to put in the work for defined muscles/body.

I definitely don't knock anyone that uses steroids responsibility to hit goals.
I definitely won't be hitting 15% ever! I enjoy life and food!

Screw that low low body fat %, that’s usually for competition. My boy get to 7% for it . But he goes back out when off season. So on average day we all roll with dad bod. My girl is 100% happy , and don’t mind way I am now , she probably don’t want me to attract more girls further 😬

7% is crazy! To do that it would mean that the tackling fat is the biggest focus of that person's life!

And yeah , he’s a famous boy. I got inspired by the idea Deadpool used hugh jackman’s picture to cover his face, that got bitten by a radioactive Shar-Pei.

She and I were known together after first date , but we still learning on how to trust . She personally took out a few of my people that was “threatening”. 😅 the war between same gender can get funny and scary at the same time 😬.

I haven't watched the first or second deadpool, yet. My son and I have movie night this Friday and we are going to watch the first one. But Deadpool is very bloody... too bloody.
