I am 5'6 141

I eat pretty lean. tofu or eggs veggies and rice and dark chocolate of course! My coffee is black and I don't drink soda.

I feel like I have to lose weight first then gain muscle. Muscle can't show under fat.

Starvewolf a meal planner is a great suggestion! I will look in too it because I don't know if I should eat protein based on the size I am or the size I want to be.


How cold is it where you live today?
It is -2.22 where I am and it isn't winter yet. I hate the cold.

Having a meal plan written isn't a bad idea.

You eat pretty close to what a mean plan should look, if you ask AI to get you a meal plan . It shouldn’t look too far from this . but maybe adjust portion a little base on activity, hunger level , and the way you want to achieve .
