Your abs will show if you lower your BF to between 6 to 10%. Steroids has nothing to do with that.

Thank you Starvewolf said the same about cutting fat. I have dropped weight from running but I won't get down that low ever 😂

If you count your foods, you can lose weight from simply do enough walking steps. Unless you want definition, then it’s gym membership matey, Girls having a bit of definition is also good for me, well definition is good for both.

Thanks I am definitely joining the gym once cold weather hits. Right now I am enjoying running, it is slimming me down, and I do try a few push ups sad very sad pushes lol at home and my arms are looking cute!
