How can I pick one?
When I start traveling, I will be eating meat! I can't wait! yummy!
And I am game to try anything
Roasted Duck
Chicken feet
All Laos food
All Vietnamese food
Sushi
Korean sauteed octopus
Korean spicy seafood soup
I need to explore Japan I am sure they have a lot of food I would love. I watched a youtube where it showed street food in Singapore so I need to visit them too.

So far avocados and white rice is pretty yummy and probably does all the same things.

Now I am adding weights

What is the path to being able to do a pull up?
I am thinking lighter and stronger but it does seem like an impossible goal

Are you using before or after pic on your profile ? That picture looks like much lower than 22.8% body fat. Who did you pass the %%%%fat onto ? your enemy?😂👍🏻

All of these needs a proper meal plan , I don’t know your exact height > weight rational. My calorie intake was consistently 2200 daily , with 400 📉expenditure. I guess you are somewhere in the 5’3>5’5 mark. So would be about 1500 cal daily consumption for you.
It’s a lot easier if you just hire someone to write you a meal plan, that way everything is in check. Will make the rest of your journey multiple times easier. If you don’t eat right, you will waste your sweat and don’t see much gain in return 🤭
