About Asian guys' body...Are we too skinny?

I beg to differ. A lot of American-born Asian guys tend to be buff and toned like most of out athletic white/black counterparts. When I go to the gym at my school I see a ton of Asians working out. I'm 5'6" and I weigh like 145 lbs (and my BMI about 7%) but I'm also a little shy too which doesn't help.

Honestly I think the thing that kills us the most is our height (well the majority of us) and sometimes our confidence. Society doesn't really like AMWF couples in general it seems. I really don't think many Asians are skinny (at least native borns)

well this is a interesting question. i would say this. most asians are known for their aesthetic bodys. low body fat. looking ripped and shredded. and if youre ripped and shredded some body parts pop out and it looks like youre working out even if youre not training. but nowadays most asian guys today starts to overdo it and starts to get very very skinny which is not healthy anymore.

they start to starving, staying on a low carb diet which should not done for a longer period and hitting the gym, doing crazy cardio and train abs xD. to be honest it looks pathetic if you just train abs and keep your body fat low but having no shoulders, arms, chest etc. but thats another story.

in my environment most asian guys used to display and live that skinny-look. just to show that they are well defined. even its a current trend which is supposed to be popular. but in my opinion this trend will not work in the long run. i dont think that girls like skinny asian guys who look like they have bulimia, paying the price to put their own health on the line just to look "good" and well defined in the public.

I do not find skinny guys attractive. (It happens that I do, but I'm generalizing here to make my point clear lol)
I've actually only ever met one girl, who found skinny guys more attractive than others. (except for the chinese chicks in China, they all love skinny guys)
I find well-trained asian guys EXTREMELY attractive. Typically how asian guys look like when they've grown up in Europe or America. Different nutritions and more sport.. Or maybe just lifestyle.. Who knows...
