For friendship or a romantic relationship? Appearance absolutely matters if it's a romantic relationship, since the physical intimacy is the defining difference from friendship. However, flawlessness is not a requirement for me. In fact, I like a few imperfections. It's like a zen garden.

Depends lol. Of course I wouldn't want a girl who looks like butters haha but I think it just depends on your preference. In my opinion she can be average looking but if she looks after herself then thats a plus. I've seen many natural hot looking girls out there that don't look after themselves and it's kinda offputting.
