It's pretty simple. You just got to not look for it lol.

It's all a learning experience. I read an article that you basically just have to put yourself out there, just randomly chat to anyone even if you're not attracted to them because it builds up your communicative practise and confidence. But dont just attack a stranger it meant if you're at a bus stop or queuing etc.
